En el evento confluyeron tres generaciones como exponentes, en donde compartieron sus experiencias en el inicio de sus respectivos despachos legales, también las anécdotas sobre sus primeros años en la profesión, los desafíos propios de todo emprendimiento, sus retos en sus distintos roles como esposas, madres y profesionales, así como los derechos sobre reservas de las mujeres en el marco legal.

Our partner Sharin Pablo de Roca was invited as a speaker by the Iberoamerican University (UNIBE) for a panel discussion on Law Firm Management, organized by the Law Student Group of the university, along with renowned lawyers Mary Fernández and Diana de Camps.
The event brought together three generations of speakers, who shared their experiences at the beginning of their respective legal practices, as well as anecdotes from their early years in the profession. They discussed the challenges inherent to any entrepreneurial endeavor and the rights reserved for women within the legal framework, along with the challenges they faced in their various roles as wives, mothers, and professionals.
