Biography

Rosa leads the ROCA Human Resources team. With more than 16 years of experience in the coordination, selection and recruitment for companies with high performance collaborators and an exceptional level. Supervises and manages all HR subsystems of ROCA, in Recruitment and Selection, Training, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Evaluation, Payroll Management, handling of all necessary procedures before the Social Security Treasury and Ministry of Labor. She is also responsible for giving support in activities aimed at promoting the welfare of employees.
