Biography

As a Tax Advisor and Authorized Public Accountant (CPA), Robinson is the leader of the ROCA fiscal team. He continuously assists and supports the task group focused on corporate issues of ROCA, in all aspects related to the fiscal impact derived from the different economic activities and commercial and financial transactions.

He has over 14 years of experience advising frequently on various taxes and general accounting. He was recently invited to join as a Founding Member one of the most important association for fiscal issues in the Dominican Republic, the Dominican Institute of Tax Law (IDDET). Robinson has actively participated in divisions and separations of operating expenses, opinions regarding fixed assets and other items in the financial statements, operating profitability, Financial leverage, liquidity and solvency, inventory rotation, capital return and fixed asset yield.

Robinson has worked in the accounting and financial management of several companies assisted by the ROCA corporate team and has played a leading role in the structuring, examination and mitigation of important transactions in all matters related to tax issues.
