Jose Amado Inoa is an attorney at ROCA´s Litigation Group, representing some of the most important national and international financial institutions, given his extensive experience in the analysis of complex litigation conflicts.
He has also provided assitance to a major Canadian Investment Bank on litigation matters and represented them in the process of enforced executions against defaulters allowing the recovery of millions of dollars.
Graduated from the PontificiaUniversidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), and the University of Belgrano (UB) Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he earned the title of Specialist in Administrative Law. He has taken as well several courses concerning energy, administrative and governmental issues.
He has participated as a guest speaker on Panels regarding Administrative Law, representing the Dominican Republic, in educational sessions about Latin American Administrative Laws, held in Colegio Público de Abogados of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Due to his knowledge in Administrative law, he served as an attorney representing foreign investors, regarding matters of energy and hotel investment, generating multiple earnings to his clients and tourism benefits to the Dominican Republic.
